La Madrugada is five days of tango in Istanbul. World-class couples, milongas every night, seminars during the day, and a competition that brings the whole community together. It opens with a dance on a boat crossing the Bosphorus and ends with the farewell at La Madrugada vs Social.

An international cast shares the floor with social dancers all week long. Everyone dances. The music keeps going until morning.

This year Corporación Che Tango comes to Istanbul for the first time, bringing their full team for the occasion.

One of the most special moments of La Madrugada. Through a transparent, open draw, social dancers from the marathon are paired with the maestros of this year's cast. Each lucky dancer steps on stage and dances one song with a world-class maestro.

No choreography. No rehearsal. Just two people meeting on the floor for the first time. One song, one chance, pure improvisation.
